This privacy statement clarifies which personal data are collected by TraXall Belgium BVBA and the purposes for which these personal data are used. Which personal data may be collected by TraXall Belgium BVBA and for which purposes?

TraXall Belgium BVBA processes personal data of employees for clients for the purpose of the operational management of the vehicle fleet of clients. These personal data are provided by the employer. These personal data may consist of, but are not limited to, name, function, leasing budget, (company) address, email address, phone number(s), licence plate and traffic infractions based on licence plate, damages, etc. 

In addition, TraXall Belgium BVBA processes the personal data that the website users themselves provide to TraXall Belgium BVBA. The users provide these data (including browser type; IP address and name and address information) by registering on the websites or by subscribing to the newsletter, among other ways. Email addresses are only added to the list of subscribers with their explicit consent. Every newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe. The subscriber base of the newsletter will not be provided to third parties. 

In addition, TraXall Belgium BVBA collects personal data to communicate with the employers and to keep them informed on the use of the lease vehicles. 

The processing of personal data will not be used for any other purposes than those for which the personal data have been provided. If the processing of personal data will be used for a different purpose than the one for which the personal data were collected, explicit consent will be asked in this regard.

Consent

TraXall Belgium BVBA will only process the personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. If the processing of personal data is based on explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at all times.

Personal data retention period

TraXall Belgium BVBA will not retain the personal data for any longer than needed. The period during which the personal data are stored will be determined based on the administrative and financial data (including personal data): the statutory retention period;

The recipients of the personal data

• Leasing companies, to ensure leasing contract offers; 

• Service providers: service providers (dealers, fuel suppliers, repair technicians, pool management companies, for example) hired by us and/or the employer, allowing them to properly and efficiently perform the vehicle fleet management operations.

The server of TraXall Belgium BVBA is located in France, but the data are not (and will not be) transferred to countries outside of the EU, unless TraXall Belgium BVBA is required to do so under the law or a judicial decision.

Rights of the data subjects

The General Data Protection Regulation grants you certain rights. You have the right to request access to your personal data from us. In addition, you may request us to correct, supplement, remove or protect your personal data. You further have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Finally, you may request to transfer your personal data, if the processing is based on consent and performed via automated procedures.
