During regular business reviews, our Strategic Account Managers keep a close eye on your TCO, car policy, and CO₂ performance. They monitor market trends, challenge you to rethink approaches for better results, and act as the link between your organisation, the market, and our internal teams.

Fleet & Customer Agents
Your daily link to your drivers
Our team of Fleet and Customer Agents is available daily for your drivers and internal teams.
Fleet Agents
They guide your drivers through the entire ordering process for their new vehicle and charging station: from the initial invitation to the actual delivery. Additionally, they monitor contracts, manage the database, and keep a close eye on cost tracking.
Customer Agents
The point of contact for your drivers throughout the entire lease period. They answer practical questions daily and work closely with your HR and purchasing departments to efficiently organise your fleet processes.
