• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Design and implement practical automation solutions that save time and reduce manual work
• Improve reporting and data processing workflows
• Help connectand integrate data across different systems and tools

• Document and maintain automation workflows and AI solutions
• Support initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, and operational efficiency

Who we are looking for

• Recently graduated or at the beginning of your professional career
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving problems
• Interested in AI, automation, process improvement, and digital technologies
• Hands-on, eager to learn and experiment
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different teams
• Strong communication skills and able to explain ideas and solutions in a clear and practical way

Technical affinity

Initial experience or stronginterest in:

• Low-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Power Platform)
• LLM’s (Claude, Azure OpenAI, M365 Copilot)

Interest in broader technologies such as data integration or AI applications is considered a plus

‍Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of scripting (SQL, JSON, APIs)
• Familiarity with reportingtools (Power BI, Tableau, ...)
• First experience with process improvement, automation, or data-driven projects
