Customer Agent
You will be the daily point of contact for drivers during their lease period and work closely with HR and procurement at our clients to ensure smooth processes.

Your responsibilities
- Advise and support drivers with all questions regarding the use of their company car, both via email and phone.
- Work closely with the client's HR and procurement departments to follow up on cases accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for accurate and up-to-date data processing, including quality checks.
- Organize, optimize, and streamline processes within fleet management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proactive contact with all involved parties, including suppliers.
The person we are looking for
- You possess strong administrative and organizational skills, work accurately, and maintain an overview in a versatile role.
- You are a recent graduate with a relevant bachelor's degree or already have initial work experience, quickly learn new IT applications, and enjoy working digitally.
- You communicate clearly, customer-focused, and goal-oriented; you have an excellent command of Dutch and can express yourself well in French and English.
- You take initiative, work independently, have a proactive “hands-on” mentality, and remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- You are social, bring positive energy to the team, enjoy collaborating, and strive for excellent customer service every day.
