TD SYNNEX, a global distributor of IT products and solutions, managed its fleet through various suppliers and leasing companies. At the same time, the electrification of the fleet brought new challenges regarding charging solutions, taxation, and mobility policy.

As a result, it became increasingly difficult to maintain a clear overview of costs, processes, and responsibilities.

TD SYNNEX sought a partner who could not only provide operational support but also contribute strategically to the future of their mobility policy.

Analysis of the existing fleet environment

TraXall mapped out the existing processes, suppliers, and challenges. Based on this, a clear step-by-step plan was developed with clear responsibilities, concrete actions, and distinct deadlines.

Advice on car policy and electrification

In addition to operational support, TraXall advised TD SYNNEX on the impact of fiscal changes, the further electrification of the fleet, and the optimization of the car policy.

The selection of a suitable supplier for charging solutions was also part of the project.

TraXall supported the day-to-day management of the fleet. This involved focusing on user-friendly processes, customized reporting, and proactive communication regarding changes in regulations, reimbursements, and mobility solutions.
