Analysis of the existing mobility policy
Together with Group S, TraXall analyzed the impact of fleet electrification and its consequences for budgets, processes, and drivers.

To better manage the true costs of mobility, TraXall supported the transition from traditional lease budgets to a TCO2-based approach.
This gave Group S greater insight into the total cost of mobility and a better framework for future decisions.

Standardization of the car policy
The existing car policy was revised into a clear and uniform set of rules.
This created more transparency for drivers and ensured that employees are treated consistently.

New processes for pool car management
In addition to the car policy, new procedures were developed for managing pool cars and the daily monitoring of the fleet.
